Product return / Withdrawal.

Defective or incorrect product

In case the product is defective or another product has been sent to you by mistake from the one you ordered, you have the right after sending us an email to our company (email: [email protected]), to return the specific product to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product together with the proof of purchase at the address of our company (KAFEKOPTIA LOUMIDI, Panepistimiou no. 69 Athens, PC 10564) with our own shipping costs. In this case we can either send you a new product, or transfer the value of the product to your bank account within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Product change

Within 14 days of receiving the product and if you inform us via email, you have the opportunity to change the product you received with another product either of the same value as the price you have already paid, or of a higher value by paying the extra price. You should check the availability of the products. In this case you will have to return the product at your own expense to the excellent condition in which you received it along with the proof of purchase, along with its packaging, if the product is accompanied by a gift that also includes it, and does not have open its packaging so that it can be resold. Our company is not responsible for any damage to the product upon its return and is the sole responsibility of you. You can not change the product if it has a short expiration date, if it is an individual order and if it can be damaged.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products you bought within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products and we will refund their value. In this case you must send us a relevant email (email: [email protected]), in which you will clearly state to us that you wish to withdraw. You can fill out the withdrawal form available at the link here. The product must be in excellent condition, as you received it and the packaging must not have been opened. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, it should also be returned. In addition, together with the product, we must send them the proof of purchase and its complete packaging. If the above does not apply you will not be able to withdraw and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

Refunds (product value and any shipping costs of the original shipment) will be credited to your bank account, which you will notify us. The refund will be made within 14 calendar days from the sending of the relevant withdrawal email and the receipt of the products. 

Shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Until the products are delivered to us, the consumer is responsible for them. You can not withdraw from the contract if it is a product that has been created after a special order or is clearly personalized or has a short expiration date or can be altered.

Our company delivers to the transport company the products you have ordered properly packaged.

Our company is not responsible for delays that are not due to our fault or for reasons of force majeure, such as strikes, severe weather, etc.
