Returns Policy.

Defective or wrong product

In the event that the product is defective or you have been sent a different product from the one you ordered by mistake, you have the right, after sending us an email to our company (email: eshop@kl.gr), to return the specific product to us within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the product together with the proof of purchase to our company's address (KAFEKOPTEIA LOUMIDI, Panepistimiou no. 69 Athens, Postal Code 10564) with our own shipping costs. In this case we can either send you a new product, or transfer the value of the product to your bank account within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

Product change

Within 14 days of receiving the product and if you notify us by email, you have the option to exchange the product you received for another product either of equal value to the price you have already paid, or of greater value by paying the additional price. You should check the availability of the products. In this case, you must return the product at your own expense in the perfect condition in which you received it together with the proof of purchase, together with its packaging, if the product is accompanied by a gift that includes it, and does not have its packaging is opened so that it can be resold. Our company bears no responsibility for any damage suffered by the product during its return and is solely borne by you. You cannot change the product if it has a short expiry date, if it is a personalized order and if it can be spoiled.

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from the contract and return the products you have purchased within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the products and we will refund you their value. In this case, you must send us a relevant email (email: eshop@kl.gr), in which you will clearly state that you wish to withdraw. You can fill out the withdrawal form available at the link here. The product must be in perfect condition, as you received it and its packaging must not have been opened. In case the product is accompanied by a gift, this should also be returned. In addition, together with the product, their proof of purchase and its complete packaging should be sent to us. If the above does not apply, you will not be able to withdraw and the product will be returned to you at your own expense.

The refund (product value and any shipping costs of the original shipment) will be made by crediting your bank account, which you will notify us of. Refunds will be made within 14 calendar days of sending the relevant cancellation email and receiving the products.

Shipping costs are borne by the consumer. Until the products are delivered to us, the consumer is responsible for them. You cannot withdraw from the contract if the product is made to special order or is clearly personalized or has a short expiry date or is subject to change.

Within Attica

Product deliveries are made in the Prefecture of Attica through the Courier Center company within 1-2 working days. 

Outside of Attica

The products are delivered to the rest of Greece through the Courier Center company within 3-6 working days. The transport company Courier Center, in order to better serve deliveries outside Attica, cooperates with the company Speedex.

If your order cannot be successfully delivered to the address you stated, the transport company, in order to deliver the products better and faster, cooperates with the Clever Services company, which includes selected clever point stores in Greece with extended service hours, early in the morning until late at night, 7 days a week.

For purchases over €30, shipping costs are free. For purchases under €30, the shipping charge is €2.50. The cash on delivery service is available with a charge of €1. The following products are subject to an additional shipping charge due to volumetric weight. The final shipping cost is automatically calculated at check out.

PROCEDURE FOR PLACING AN ORDER VIA E-SHOP:

Once you have completed your order and payment confirmation, the order is considered "accepted" and you will receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail.

In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation e-mail, we recommend that you check whether the e-mail has gone into your spam folder. If in the end you have not received it, we recommend contacting the company's customer service department +30 210 3214426.

The "Confirmation" and "Shipping" e-mail of the order is not legal proof. The final invoice/receipt is included in the packaging of your order.

The orders are received by the cooperating courier company properly packed in order to ensure the quality of the products.

The above times are indicative. In any case, we do our best to ship your products as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order due to cases of force majeure such as strikes, severe weather etc. or in cases due to delays of the cooperating courier company.

Upon receipt of your order, you should inspect the products.

The cooperating companies may use the contact phone number you have declared for the purpose of updating the status of your order and also for research purposes.

At this time, it is not possible to pick up an online order from a physical store or by any means other than the default courier service.
