Payment methods

For the convenience and service of all those who wish to buy from our online store, our company has the following alternative payment methods:
  • Charge your credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover) through the payment system of the company Everypay*. Your credit/debit card is charged at the time of placing the order. There is no possibility of installments.
  • Cash on delivery when you receive the products.
  • If you use the Clever Point service, your order can currently only be paid for in cash. If your package has an amount to pay, the payment cannot be made at the physical POS of the cooperating point. For tax reasons, it is not possible to collect an amount from the single-point POS (eg mini market) for purchases made at a third-party merchant (eg food e-shop).
In the event that the order is under €30, then the customer will be charged a charge of €2.50 (including VAT 24%) for transport costs. If the order is over €30 then the shipping costs are free!


The prices listed in the relevant catalogs under each product include VAT (13% for food and 24% for accessories), while the reserves the right to adjust prices without being obliged to inform the consumer.

Recognizing the importance of electronic payment security, EveryPay is a licensed Payment Institution by the Bank of Greece (decision no. 280/3/23-7-2018 Official Gazette B 3010/25-7-2018), and securely manages transaction data of card payments, according to the regulatory framework of the card transaction security management standard. Everypay is certified according to the card transaction management security standard (PCI DSS), and is subject to periodic audits by a specialized consulting company. All Everypay services are done through secure connections with 256 bit SSL certificates. EveryPay also supports the possibility of using the 3D Secure service, an additional security layer for VISA, MasterCard, Diners & Discover cards. The Payer will then have to enter his personal secret code to successfully complete the transaction.

Within Attica

Product deliveries are made in the Prefecture of Attica through the Courier Center company within 1-2 working days. 

Outside of Attica

The products are delivered to the rest of Greece through the Courier Center company within 3-6 working days. The transport company Courier Center, in order to better serve deliveries outside Attica, cooperates with the company Speedex.

If your order cannot be successfully delivered to the address you stated, the transport company, in order to deliver the products better and faster, cooperates with the Clever Services company, which includes selected clever point stores in Greece with extended service hours, early in the morning until late at night, 7 days a week.

For purchases over €30, shipping costs are free. For purchases under €30, the shipping charge is €2.50. The cash on delivery service is available with a charge of €1. The following products are subject to an additional shipping charge due to volumetric weight. The final shipping cost is automatically calculated at check out.

Once you have completed your order and payment confirmation, the order is considered "accepted" and you will receive an "Order Confirmation" e-mail.

In the event that you do not receive the order confirmation e-mail, we recommend that you check whether the e-mail has gone into your spam folder. If in the end you have not received it, we recommend contacting the company's customer service department +30 210 3214426.

The "Confirmation" and "Shipping" e-mail of the order is not legal proof. The final invoice/receipt is included in the packaging of your order.

The orders are received by the cooperating courier company properly packed in order to ensure the quality of the products.

The above times are indicative. In any case, we do our best to ship your products as soon as possible. The company is not responsible for delays in the delivery of the order due to cases of force majeure such as strikes, severe weather etc. or in cases due to delays of the cooperating courier company.

Upon receipt of your order, you should inspect the products.

The cooperating companies may use the contact phone number you have declared for the purpose of updating the status of your order and also for research purposes.

At this time, it is not possible to pick up an online order from a physical store or by any means other than the default courier service.
