TERMS OF PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION

"Summer Wave ESPRESSIONISM"

The limited liability company "Loumidis Coffeeshops SA", with headquarters in Athens Attica, (69 Panepistimiou) and "the Company" "Think Plus OE", Amarousiou Chalandriou 36B, 15125, DOU: Amarousiou, hereinafter referred to as "Provider", jointly organize a competition entitled: "ESPRESSIONISM Summer Wave” in order to promote coffee products Kafekoptia Loumidis.

For the design and implementation of the Competition on the website, the Organizing Company has chosen as its partner "Think Plus OE", based Amarousiou Chalandriou 36B, Maroussi (hereinafter "Partner»).

The Competition is conducted on the website owned by the Organizing Company www.kl.gr (hereinafter "Site»).

1. Gifts

The Organizing Company organizes this Competition with the following prizes:

Ten (10) winners will each win three (3) packages of espresso capsules of 10 pieces "Loumidiss Coffee Grinder": one (1) package of espresso capsules classico, one (1) package of espresso capsules gold, one (1) package of guatemala espresso capsules

The Gifts are personal and cannot be exchanged or substituted or redeemed.

2. Duration

The duration of the Competition is defined as the period from Friday 31/07/2020, at 12 p.m. until Friday 14/08/2020, at 12 p.m. ("Duration"). The Organizing Company reserves the right to extend or reduce the Duration of this Contest, with prior announcement on the Website.

3. Right to participate

All permanent residents of Greece, who have reached the age of 18, have the right to participate in the Competition. Excluded are the employees of the Organizing Company, the Partner and their first and second degree relatives, as well as persons lacking legal capacity.

In the event that a person who is not entitled to any of the Competition Gifts participates in the Competition and becomes the lucky winner of any of the Competition Gifts, his participation will be cancelled, the relevant right will be deducted and he will not be granted the corresponding Gift.

4. How to participate in the Contest

Those who wish to participate in the Competition should fill in the mandatory information requested in the participation form (link from the participation form www.kl.gr), i.e. name, surname, email, place of residence, telephone, age group.

To participate in the Contest, participants must click on the option «TAKE PART» from the electronic communication they will receive and are invited to answer the following three (3) questions.

There are no right or wrong answers.

Participants will then have to confirm their participation by clicking on the option «I WANT TO TAKE PART». Participants must accept the terms of the Competition by selecting the corresponding acceptance box, in order for their participation to be registered. Upon completion of responses, participation is automatically confirmed and the participant receives a confirmation message on their screen.

It is noted that multiple participation in the Competition is not allowed.

The files that will be processed by the Organizer, with the above details of the participants, will constitute full proof regarding the receipt of any participation in the above Competition and the validity of this participation.

No product purchase is required to participate in the Contest.

As "valid participation" as above, means any participation in the Competition for which the following applies cumulatively:

(a) has been formed in accordance with these terms that will be posted on the Website and does not contravene the applicable legislation, morals and public order,

(b) has been submitted in accordance with the procedure described in this article,

(c) in the judgment of the Organizing Company, the participation is not in itself the product of illegal or unfair technical influence on the systems of the Organizing Company or on the winner selection mechanism or in general fraud or unfair interference of the Participant or a third party.

(d) has been submitted and registered in the Organizing Company's systems during the Contest Period.

In particular, it is provided that if it is established that any Participant in the Contest violates or there are reasonable suspicions or even simple indications that he is attempting to violate the network, system or software of the Organizing Company or the terms of the Contest by illegal actions, his participation in the Contest is immediately canceled and the The Organizing Company reserves the right to report the issue to the competent Authorities and to claim compensation from the competent Courts for any positive or cumulative damage that may have been suffered by the above actions. The Organizing Company bears no responsibility for declarations of participation that are lost or contain incorrect or incomplete information. Entries that do not comply with these Terms will be disqualified from the Contest.

5. Method of Nominating Contest Winners

The winners of the Prizes will be selected based on a drawing that will take place after the end of the Contest. Wednesday 02/09/2020 is set as the date of the draw and announcement of the winners.

Ten (10) winners will be selected from the draw.

No participant is entitled to more than one Gift.

6. Update on awarding – Receipt of Gifts

6.1 The winners of the Prizes will be informed that they have been selected as winners of the Competition by an electronic message, (e-mail), which they will receive at the e-mail address (e-mail) they have indicated when completing the competition participation form within seven (7) working days from the date of their selection as winners.

Winners will need to reply to the above email confirming their prize delivery details.

In the event that it is not possible for the Organizer to contact any lucky winner within a period of five (5) working days, or for any reason (including lucky winners and force majeure), or at any point in time it is judged that their participation was not valid or in the event that the Prizes are not received by the winners or they do not wish to accept the Prizes or refuse to sign a Gift Acceptance Declaration, these persons permanently lose their right to the relevant Prize, and the Organizing Company is entitled to dispose of the Prize at its absolute discretion.

6.2 The winners of the Competition will receive their Gifts by courier, at the expense of the Organizing Company. Upon receipt of their Gift, the winner is required to complete and sign the Gift Acceptance Declaration, showing at the same time a valid ID or passport, in order to verify that he/she is indeed the winner according to the information he/she had stated in the entry form .

7. Liability

The Organizing Company and the Partner will not be responsible in the event that, for any technical reason, it is temporarily impossible to receive and register the participation of any Participant from the system for registering participations in the Competition and selecting the winners. The Organizing Company considers that each winner is the owner or has secured the express consent or authorization of the owner of the email address (e-mail) they have declared.

In any case, the responsibility of the Organizing Company and the Partner will be limited to acts or omissions caused by fraud or gross negligence, while in no case will it extend to lucky events or force majeure events.

8. Personal Data

The Organizing Company as Processor in collaboration with the Partner, who acts as processor, will process personal data of the Contest winners in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) and the applicable legislation, with for the sole purpose of conducting the Competition, selecting the winners, posting the names of the winners on the Website and awarding the Prizes to them. In particular, the Organizing Company will collect from the winners their first name, last name, email address, contact phone number and postal address. The Organizing Company will forward the personal data of the winners to its partners, such as a courier company, for the purpose of implementing the Competition and delivering the Gifts.

If winners choose not to provide the Personal Data requested, this will affect their ability to participate in the Contest and the performance of the Prizes.

The Organizing Company will keep the details of the participants in a database, either by automated means or by non-automated means, either by itself or through any other person it may appoint (the "Processor") in order to carry out the administration of the data, exclusively and only for the purpose of carrying out the Competition. Also, in case the participant gives his consent, the above also applies to future direct commercial promotion of its products or services.

The Organizing Company will keep the data for a maximum of two years from the end of the competition. He will keep them, because there may be runners-up, or a winner may refuse his gift, or someone may insult the contest. The participant has the right at any time to exercise the right to object and request the deletion of his data by sending an email to info@kl.gr. At the same email address, he can request clarifications about his data.

9. Publicity

These Terms are posted on the Website.

10. Contest Cancellation / Modification of Terms / Liability

The Organizing Company reserves the right unilaterally and at its discretion to modify, revoke, extend or reduce the duration of the Competition, to change the Gifts offered, as well as to change the present conditions and/or to cancel the Competition, by notification to Website. In these cases, the Organizing Company bears no responsibility towards the Participants and/or any third party. In the event that the Competition is cancelled, the Participants do not acquire any right against the Organizing Company, nor are they entitled or entitled to request its continuation or any compensation.

In no case is the Organizing Company responsible for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay or any other cause related to the Contest or its cancellation.

11. Acceptance of Terms

Participation in the Contest presupposes and entails explicit and unconditional acceptance of all these Terms, even if they are modified in the future, as specified above.

13. Jurisdiction – Applicable Law

For any dispute that may arise regarding the Contest and the application of these terms, the Courts of Athens are exclusively competent and the applicable law is Greek.
