CONTEST TERMS OF PARTICIPATION AND USE OF PERSONAL DATA

“PROMOTIONAL ENERGY, OMONIA STORE”
The anonymous company "KAFEKOPTEIA LOUMIDI ABEE", with headquarters in Athens Attica, (69 Panepistimiou), hereinafter referred to as the "Company", is organizing a competition entitled: "Summer Competition exclusively for the store at 69 Panepistimiou & Aiolou 106, Omonia".
This tender is not valid for the other shops of the Loumidis Coffeeshops network.

DETAILED TERMS
- Participation right
Persons over the age of 18 and permanent and legal residents of Greece are eligible to participate in the Competition. Excluded from the Competition are incompetent or limited legal capacity persons, minors, employees and representatives of the companies of the Company Group as well as their first and second degree relatives, their spouses or anyone professionally related to the said Competition .
2. Method of Participation / Competition Mechanism
The Contest takes place exclusively in a store environment and consists of free participation in a raffle, without requiring the purchase of any product or the payment of any price. In the store environment, i.e. at the Loumidis Coffeeshops store at 69 Panepistimiou Street & 106 Aiolou Street, any interested person to participate must first visit the store and give their information to the responsible employee of the store (name, surname, address, telephone contact and email address). His data will be registered on an electronic data collection platform that will be located on a tablet. By voluntarily declaring his data, the interested party automatically fully accepts all the present terms of participation in the competition. The interested party has the right to participate in the competition only once.
3. The lottery
The draw for the Competition will take place on the following date and time:
16/07/2021 11.00 am
The draw will take place at the Company's offices through an electronic random selection platform ensuring the integrity of the process. The draw will be held for contest participants only. A total of 5 winners will be drawn.
Participation in the Competition requires access to the internet by the interested parties with their own technical means. The Company does not assume any obligation regarding securing, assisting access to internet sites or providing facilities to any interested party. Access to the Contest website is permitted only under the operating conditions of the relevant server and the technical and other conditions and specifications of the Contest. The Company considers that each participant is the owner and has exclusive control of the e-mail address he declares.
The Company does not undertake any obligation regarding securing, assisting access to natural areas or providing facilities to any interested party. Access to the physical location of the Contest is only permitted under the operating conditions of the store network and the technical and other conditions and specifications of the Contest. The Company considers that each participant is the owner and has sole control of the personal information that he declares.
4. Competition Duration
The competition period starts on THURSDAY 1 JULY 2021 at 10:00 and will end on THURSDAY 15 JULY 2021 at 20:00 (hereinafter "Duration").
It is expressly clarified that, after the end of the Competition, no participation will be accepted and will not bind the Company in terms of the deadline for participation. Any entries submitted after the above date and time of expiry are automatically considered invalid and have no effect, nor do they bind the Company and/or any third party.
5. Contest Gifts / Method of Receipt
The winners of the competition will receive 2 kilos of freshly ground coffee, which they will choose from the wide variety they will find in the store, as well as a Greek Coffee Kit Large.
The winners will be informed by phone by the Company on Monday, 19/7/2021 about how to receive the Gifts. During the communication, the winners will be asked again for their full details (name, full address, landline and/or mobile phone, e-mail address, etc.), for the possibility of identity verification when receiving the Gifts, as well as the company may request additional legalization documents (showing police ID). The Gift is personal, non-transferable and non-exchangeable for cash.
Winners are entitled to accept their Prize within ten (10) calendar days from the date of notification, after consultation with the company. In the event that the winners do not respond within 10 calendar days from the date of notification, neglect, ignore, refuse the Gifts to which they are entitled or it becomes impossible to communicate with them for reasons attributable to them, they permanently lose any right they may have regarding the These gifts. In case of force majeure outside the sphere of influence of the Company, the latter is entitled not to offer the winners the Gifts, nor alternative Gifts, in which case it will be released from all responsibility and will not be obliged to offer alternative Gifts of any form and value.
6. Express Declaration / Consent / Acceptance of Participants
All Participants/senders of the invitation to the Competition fully and without any reservation accept the present Detailed Terms. If any interested party does not accept these conditions, they are obliged not to participate in the Competition. Also, all participants expressly and unconditionally acknowledge, declare and accept that:
(a) the electronic address (e-mail) declared by the participants in the information form does not belong to a third natural or legal person, but to themselves,
(b) are adults, eighteen (18) years of age or older,
(c) their personality, health and/or physical integrity is not insulted or damaged in any way by their participation in the Competition,
(d) by participating in the Competition they do not infringe personal data, the right of personality or intellectual or industrial property rights, trade secrets or other proprietary rights of any third party,
(e) expressly consent to the Company using the personal data they voluntarily provide for the purposes of the competition
(f) provide, free of charge, their consent and authorization to the Company for the promotion of the Competition, its results, including the announcement of the names, on the internet (indicative and not limited to the website of the Company and its affiliated companies, YouTube, etc. .), and/or on social media (including but not limited to Facebook, etc.). The Company reserves the right to use and publish any news item related to the conduct and results of the Competition at its absolute discretion. The participants grant the right to use the audio-visual material (edited or not) that may arise during the Competition, their participation, the draw, the opinions that may be submitted by the participants present via Facebook or photo or video, as well as any related event for advertising purposes, without the obligation of prior notification, free of charge and without this constituting an insult to their personality. In the event that the winner refuses to be promoted as stated above, the Company reserves the right to cancel his participation.
(g) They waive any legal or extrajudicial action against the Company in the event that the latter determines that a participant should be removed from the Contest for the reasons stated in these Detailed Terms of Participation.
7. Exclusion of Contestants
The Company may - but is not obliged - to exclude from the Competition, at any stage of its conduct, any participant who in its opinion is likely to have used (or attempted to use) unfair means in relation to his participation or has violated (or has attempted to violate) any of these detailed terms. Illegal means means, indicatively and not restrictively, the use of devices, media, computers and/or software to facilitate automated or multiple participations without human intervention, interception, etc.
In addition, entries with content that offends public decency and decency or present ambiguities or other technical defects will not be accepted. Also, entries with abusive, vulgar, defamatory, dangerous, racist content, which promote competitive products, which offends human dignity or in general are contrary to the written provisions or in any other way indecent at the sole discretion of the Company, will be cancelled. Any of the winners at any stage may be disqualified for the following reasons:
(a) in the event that, for any reason, the participant does not fully accept these Detailed Terms or does not meet the conditions of any of the Terms, all of which are considered material, or withdraws his consent to the collection, storage and processing of the personal of data
(b) in the event that, for any reason, it is not possible to contact the winner within the predetermined deadlines set out in these detailed terms or for reasons attributable to him.
8.Cancellation of Competition / Modification of Terms / Liability
The Company reserves the right, unilaterally, without warning and at its discretion, to modify, revoke, extend or reduce the duration of the Competition, to change the offered gift, as well as to change its terms and/or to cancel the Competition, by internet announcement. In these cases, the Company bears no responsibility towards the participants and/or any third party. In the event that the competition is cancelled, the participants do not acquire any right against the Company, nor are they entitled or entitled to request its continuation or any compensation.
In no case is the Company liable for any direct or indirect damages, costs and expenses that may arise from any interruption, malfunction or delay or any other cause related to the Contest or its cancellation.
The participants are solely responsible for the complete and correct completion and submission of their details in the Contest entry form. The Company bears no responsibility for any damage that occurs during the Contest or for forms that are lost or have incorrect or incomplete information. Entries that do not comply with these detailed terms will be excluded from the draw.
9.Trademarks / Intellectual Property of the Company
The participants do not have, nor do they acquire any rights at all over the brands, names, signs, emblems and other insignia of the Company Group.
10. Personal Data
The Company is Responsible for Data Processing.
The Company undertakes to make every possible effort for the safe and complete collection, storage and processing of any personal data in accordance with the current legislation on personal data protection.
The Company will keep the details of the participants in a database, either by automated means or by non-automated means, either by itself or through any other person it may appoint (the "Processor") in order to carry out the administration of data, exclusively and solely for the purpose of carrying out the Competition. Also, the above applies to future direct commercial promotion of its products or services.
The Company will keep the data for a maximum of two years from the end of the competition. They will keep them, because there may be runners-up, or a winner may refuse their gift, or someone may insult the contest. The participant has the right at any time to exercise the right to object and request the deletion of his data by sending an email to info@kl.gr. At the same email addresses, he can also request clarifications about his data.
11. Intellectual Property Rights
The participants transfer definitively, irrevocably and free of charge to the Company unlimited, worldwide and in perpetuity, all intellectual property rights on the audio-visual material, photographs, sound performances, videos and other intellectual works that may arise during the Competition and the participation to it (hereinafter the "Projects") without time, geographical or other limitation, in order for the Company to become the exclusive beneficiary of the Projects and to have the right to their full and exclusive exploitation, as well as the right to grant them to any third party, regarding the use and exploitation thereof, by any means and form, whether used today, or invented in the future, for the entire period of protection of these rights, including any possible extensions and renewals thereof and, thereafter, if possible, in perpetuity.
The transfer agreed upon by these Detailed Terms takes place without the participant being entitled to any remuneration, and the consent of each participant granted by these detailed terms to the exercise by the Company of the rights granted to it above, constitutes a legal way of exercising the moral right, the which is binding on the participant.
12. Dispute Resolution
Any dispute that may arise regarding the Competition and the application of these detailed terms of participation will in principle be resolved amicably.
In any case of judicial resolution of the dispute, the Courts of Athens are exclusively competent and the applicable law is Greek. Any provision of the above terms deemed to be contrary to the Law shall automatically cease to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the other detailed terms.
